Submission Instructions


Papers should be written in English. Long papers must be no more than 10 pages total (including references and appendices). Papers must be formatted for US letter size (not A4) paper in a two-column layout, with columns no more than 9.25 inch high and 3.5 inch wide. The text must be in Times font, 10-point or larger, with 11-point or larger line spacing. Authors are encouraged to use the IEEE conference proceedings templates found at:

We also invite short papers of up to 6 pages covering work in progress, novel or provocative ideas. They will be selected based on their potential to spark interesting discussions during the workshop.

Camera-Ready Papers


The templates for formatting papers are available here. The DOI should be

  http://dx.doi.org/10.14722/sent.2015.23xxx
where xxx is the paper number with leading zeros if needed; e.g., Paper #2 would have DOI
  http://dx.doi.org/10.14722/sent.2015.23002

Page numbers should be included on all but the title page. Each author's name, organization name, and email address must appear in the author block under the title of the paper, with street and city information omitted, except when part of the organization's name.

A copyright form from all authors is required (see this template). The form must be sent to Terry Weigler (ISOC) via   weigler at isoc dot org.

The camera-ready versions are due on Jan 09 through https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=sent2015.
